About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Banqueting Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up event and conference halls, serving food and beverages to guests during weddings, corporate meetings, and large events, while ensuring an exceptional and professional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Hall Setup & Preparation: Prepare and arrange banquet spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including laying out tables, chairs, linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware.

• Food & Beverage Service: Serve meals and beverages to guests during events in a polite and professional manner, whether through buffet service or plated table service.

• Venue Maintenance: Keep the event area clean and organized during functions by clearing used dishes and glassware discreetly and efficiently.

• Post-Event Cleanup: Tear down, clean, and reorder banquet halls after events conclude, safely storing furniture and equipment in designated areas.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Banqueting Supervisor and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and prompt fulfillment of guest needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage (F&B) service in hotels, restaurants, or banquet facilities.

• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic with a good foundational working knowledge of English for guest communication.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a neatly groomed appearance, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

• Physical Stamina: Excellent physical fitness with the ability to stand, walk for long periods, and carry heavy service trays.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including late nights, weekends, and holidays during major events.
