About the Role

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Bellboy / Porter to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating an exceptional first impression, assisting with luggage management, and ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Greeting: Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon their arrival at the main entrance, ensuring an immediate feeling of hospitality.

• Luggage Handling: Assist guests with carrying and transporting their luggage safely and carefully to and from their rooms or the reception area.

• Room Orientation: Escort guests to their rooms, explaining the room amenities (air conditioning, lighting, television, safe box), and introducing hotel facilities.

• Luggage Storage: Organize and securely store guest luggage in the luggage room, issuing proper claim checks/receipts.

• Information & Support: Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, dining options, local attractions, and transportation.

• Additional Services: Assist with calling taxis, arranging private transportation services, and facilitating guest arrivals and departures.

• Internal Coordination: Coordinate closely with the Front Desk and customer service teams regarding daily arrival and departure lists.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations (4 or 5-star hotel background is preferred).

• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and a strong working knowledge of English (additional languages like French are a strong plus).

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a professional and groomed appearance, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

• Physical Stamina: Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy luggage and bags.

• Teamwork: Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
