About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Bartender to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with top-tier quality and craftsmanship, while delivering an exceptional guest experience and upscale customer service at the bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve drinks (mocktails, cocktails, and other beverages) accurately and in accordance with the establishment’s recipes and standards.

• Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly at the bar, take their orders, and provide expert recommendations regarding the beverage menu.

• Bar Maintenance & Inventory: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar station, tools, and work areas throughout the shift, while tracking inventory and reporting shortages to management.

• Health & Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to hygiene, food, and beverage safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws and establishment policies.

• Cash Handling: Handle payment transactions, operate the cash register, and reconcile accounts accurately at the end of the shift.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate continuously with the service and kitchen staff to ensure prompt and seamless fulfillment of guest orders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous hands-on bartending experience within upscale hotels, restaurants, or bars.

• Technical Skills: Mastery of mixology techniques, beverage preparation, and deep knowledge of various ingredients and recipes.

• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic, with a strong working knowledge of English (additional languages are a strong plus).

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a charismatic personality, and the ability to work well under pressure during peak hours.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
