Intermediary Role: JOBS AHLAM HOSPITALITY acts strictly as an intermediary platform connecting candidates with employers. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or responses from employers.

Verification: While we strive for quality, we are not responsible for verifying the final employment contracts, working conditions, or the actions of the employers.

Direct Interaction: Any agreement or contract signed between a Candidate and an Employer is their sole responsibility. The Company shall not be liable for any disputes arising from such employment relationships.
4. Prohibited Activities Users are strictly prohibited from:

Using the platform to spread spam, offensive content, or viruses.

Attempting to bypass website security or scrape data.

Misrepresenting an affiliation with JOBS AHLAM HOSPITALITY to third parties.
5. Termination of Service The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or Moroccan Law 09-08, or for any conduct that the Company believes is harmful to its reputation or other users.
