We are seeking a skilled, professional, and attentive Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality massage, body, and wellness treatments to guests in our luxury spa facility. The ideal candidate will perform customized therapeutic services, consult with clients on wellness needs, maintain pristine treatment room standards, and promote spa retail products to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Delivery: Perform a wide range of professional massage techniques, body scrubs, wraps, facials, and holistic wellness treatments according to established 5-star brand standards.

• Guest Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations before treatments to identify guest preferences, medical conditions, or contraindications, customizing services accordingly.

• Room Preparation: Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, fully stocked with products/linens, and set up to standard prior to each appointment.

• Retail Sales & Upselling: Recommend appropriate spa products and home-care regimens to guests to drive retail revenues and repeat bookings.

• Hygiene & Safety: Adhere strictly to sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols mandated by hotel standards and local health authorities.

• Teamwork: Work closely with Spa Receptionists and Supervisors to ensure optimal appointment flow and smooth shift operations.

Qualifications & Requirements Spa Therapist

• Education: Internationally recognized Diploma or Certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Physiotherapy (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent).

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end wellness center.

• Skills: Expertise in various massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, etc.) and body treatments.

• Languages: Good command of spoken English; basic Arabic is an advantage.

• Personal Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, calm demeanor, high grooming standards, and physical stamina.
