We are looking for a customer-focused, presentable, and energetic Hostess to join our luxury hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hostess will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming impression, managing table reservations, organizing seating flows, and ensuring exceptional front-of-house guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Greeting: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their assigned tables, and introduce their dedicated server.

• Reservation Management: Manage table bookings, walk-ins, and waiting lists using computerized reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable).

• Seating Coordination: Maintain efficient flow of guest seating to balance service station workload across the dining room floor.

• Communication & Support: Answer incoming phone queries, present menus, explain daily specials, and communicate guest preferences or special requests to service staff.

• Front-of-House Ambiance: Ensure the reception counter and dining entrance remain clean, orderly, and presentable at all times.

• Complaint Handling: Address guest concerns immediately with professionalism and escalate complex issues to the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess in high-end restaurants, 5-star hotels, or luxury dining venues.

• Language Skills: Excellent command of English; conversational Arabic is highly advantageous.

• Appearance & Grooming: Impeccable professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.

• Software: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and dining reservation software.
