About the Role

We are looking for a highly professional and customer-centric Concierge to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized, top-tier service to our guests by assisting with their inquiries, arranging local tours and restaurant reservations, organizing transportation, and ensuring an unforgettable stay that exemplifies high-end hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Assistance: Welcome guests warmly, offer personalized recommendations, and fulfill special requests before and throughout their stay.

• Bookings & Activity Coordination: Assist guests with securing dining reservations at premier external restaurants, booking event/theater tickets, and organizing sightseeing tours or recreational activities.

• Transportation Management: Arrange airport transfers, taxis, limousine services, and assist with flight reconfirmations or travel itineraries.

• Local Information Provider: Deliver accurate and comprehensive knowledge regarding local attractions, shopping destinations, cultural highlights, and city navigation.

• Mail & Parcel Handling: Receive, log, and safely deliver guest mail, packages, and messages in a timely manner.

• Interdepartmental Support: Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Bell Desk, and Housekeeping teams to ensure all guest requests are executed seamlessly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a Concierge or Front Office role within upscale 4 or 5-star hotels (membership in Les Clefs d’Or is a strong advantage).

• Local Knowledge: Exceptional knowledge of the city, top local attractions, dining venues, and transportation options.

• Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a strong added advantage).

• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and active listening skills, strong diplomacy, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
