About the Role

We are seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate Mixologist to elevate our beverage program. In this role, you will design craft cocktail menus, create signature syrups and infusions, and deliver extraordinary guest experiences through expert beverage craft, flair, and storytelling behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities Mixologist

• Cocktail Creation & Crafting: Develop, test, and execute signature craft cocktail recipes using premium spirits, house-made syrups, fresh bitters, and artful garnishes.

• Guest Experience & Storytelling: Engage bar guests warmly, guide them through beverage menus, and tailor drinks to suit individual taste preferences and dietary requirements.

• Bar Operations & Setup: Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked mixology station with essential tools, specialized glassware, and fresh ingredients.

• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor beverage stock levels, track ingredient usage, minimize wastage, and assist with ordering high-quality bar supplies.

• Menu Development: Collaborate with the Food & Beverage management team to design seasonal beverage menus, pairing options, and zero-proof (mocktail) selections.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Mixologist or Head Bartender in a luxury hotel, high-end cocktail lounge, or fine dining restaurant.

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of spirits, flavor pairing, infusion techniques, mixology tools, and beverage presentation.

• Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic (French is a strong advantage).

• Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a sophisticated presentation style.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
