About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Commis Chef to join a world-class culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in professional kitchen operations, a passion for high-quality food preparation, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.

• Prepare ingredients, clean and organize workstations, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the established recipes and presentation standards.

• Support the kitchen team during service to ensure efficiency and quality.

Qualifications Commis Chef:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within the hospitality or cruise industry.

• Skills: Strong culinary skills, ability to learn quickly, and attention to detail.

• Communication: Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).

• Presentation: Candidates must maintain a professional, clean, and immaculate personal appearance in line with high-end hospitality standards.

• Qualifications: Relevant culinary certifications/qualifications are preferred.

Benefits:

• Salary: SR 2,500 – 5,250 (Subject to experience and evaluation).
