Guest Relations Agent

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay at our establishment. Your role will involve interacting with guests, addressing their needs and concerns, and representing the company in a positive light. Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
2. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
3. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone.
4. Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and tactfully, striving to resolve issues to the guest’s satisfaction.
5. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests, such as room service, housekeeping, or maintenance.
6. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
7. Process guest payments and accurately record all transactions.
8. Assist with reservations and booking arrangements as needed.
9. Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
10. Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including reservation and point-of-sale systems.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to guests.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
