As a Butler, you play a vital role in providing exceptional and personalized service to meet the needs and preferences of guests in a private residence, luxury hotel, or upscale establishment. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a high standard of service, anticipate guest requirements, and maintain an organized and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personalized Service:
   • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, catering to their specific needs and preferences.
2. Guest Assistance:
   • Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other personal requests.
   • Coordinate and facilitate special requests, such as organizing celebrations, outings, or events.
3. Dining and Beverage Service:
   • Set up and serve meals and beverages in a formal or casual setting.
   • Ensure the dining area is impeccably arranged and meals are served at the correct temperature and according to guest preferences.
4. Housekeeping and Organization:
   • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the guest’s accommodations.
   • Oversee the daily housekeeping and ensure all areas are well-maintained.
5. Concierge Services:
   • Provide information about local attractions, events, and dining options.
   • Arrange reservations, tickets, or transportation for guests as needed.
6. Security and Privacy:
   • Ensure the safety and security of guests, their belongings, and the property.
   • Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of guests at all times.
7. Record-Keeping:
   • Maintain detailed records of guest preferences, special requests, and any incidents or issues that may arise during their stay.
8. Inventory Management:
   • Manage and restock guest amenities, supplies, and household inventory as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar role in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Impeccable grooming, manners, and presentation.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and respect for guest privacy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
