Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in finding and purchasing products that meet their needs. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by understanding customer preferences, recommending products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
2. Proven experience in a retail sales environment is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Strong customer service orientation with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
6. Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
