The “Service agent” is responsible for ensuring an excellent welcome to customers and service. To ensure maximum profitability of the hotel establishment, He develops, in addition to his technical skills, interpersonal relationships that will allow him to meet the needs of customers. He has a flexible work schedule allowing him to promote the hotel service for which he is responsible.

Conditions of admission

Age limit: 30 years

  • Minimum educational level required: 3rd-year college or more
  • Age between 19 and 30
  • Have a general level of English and French allowing dialogue and the use of documents without any particular difficulty
  • Weight in proportion to the size
  • No visible mark
  • Know how to swim
  • CEMPN medical examination
  • Duration: 12 months (10-month Training + 2 traineeship)
  • Registration fees + Insurance Training & traineeship + Application fees + Uniforms: 3000DH
  • Due dates 1 to 12 (Monthly payments): 1500DH
  • Recruitment Free ( Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman)

The qualities and skills that the candidate must have:

  • Adaptability and availability
  • interpersonal skills in listening and negotiation
  • Mastery of languages
  • Initiative and Autonomy
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Communicate in foreign languages
  • Excellent physical endurance
  • Good general presentation.

Contraindications to the exercise of the profession:

  • Affections of members
  • Vision and hearing impairments (after correction)
  • Epilepsy, dizziness, loss of memory
  • Nerve fragility.
