JOBS AHLAM HOSPITALITY is currently seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Steward to join our prestigious client’s Golf. This role is dedicated to serving a VVIP clientele in a high-end, luxury environment. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable grooming standard, an eye for detail, and the ability to maintain the highest levels of hygiene and service excellence expected in a world-class facility.

Key Responsibilities

• VVIP Service Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all service areas, ensuring they are always “guest-ready” for high-profile clients.

• Operational Support: Assist the culinary and service teams by ensuring all china, glassware, and silverware are polished, sanitized, and stored according to strict luxury standards.

• Hygiene Standards: Strictly adhere to HACCP and international health and safety regulations at all times.

• Discretion & Professionalism: Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion while serving VVIP guests; anticipate their needs with a proactive, “invisible service” approach.

• Asset Management: Handle premium-grade equipment (kitchenware, club amenities) with care and ensure efficient inventory management.

• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the broader hospitality team to ensure a flawless experience from event setup to cleanup.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Steward or Back-of-House assistant in 5-star hotels, private clubs, or ultra-luxury environments.

• Grooming: Impeccable personal grooming and presentation standards suitable for a VVIP environment.

• Communication: Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.

• Soft Skills: High level of discipline, punctuality, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced luxury setting.

• Attitude: A service-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain a positive attitude during long and demanding shifts.
