Position Summary

We’re hiring a professional, high-energy Food & Beverage Server Waiters/Waitresses to deliver exceptional dining experiences across premier venues in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will combine traditional hospitality values with a modern, proactive service style, ensuring every guest receives personalized and seamless attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information on ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.

• Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems and ensure timely delivery from the kitchen/bar to the table.

• Service Excellence: Maintain a high standard of table etiquette, including water/wine service, clearing courses, and “reading the table” to anticipate guest needs.

• Upselling: Use expert product knowledge to recommend appetizers, signature dishes, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.

• Station Maintenance: Ensure the dining area is pristine, including polishing cutlery, setting tables according to brand standards, and maintaining side stations.

• Compliance: Adhere strictly to local food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and municipality regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience Food & Beverage Server: Minimum of 2–3 years in a high-volume restaurant, 4/5-star hotel, or luxury lounge environment.

• Communication: Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Arabic or other international languages is a significant advantage.

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while working in a multicultural team environment.

• Grooming: Impeccable personal presentation and adherence to professional grooming standards.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment, including weekends and holidays.
