Commis Chef
Location: Saudi Arabia / Middle East (International Hospitality)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Commis Chef to join a world-class culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in professional kitchen operations, a passion for high-quality food preparation, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.

Prepare ingredients, clean and organize workstations, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the established recipes and presentation standards.

Support the kitchen team during service to ensure efficiency and quality.
Qualifications Commis Chef:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within the hospitality or cruise industry.

Skills: Strong culinary skills, ability to learn quickly, and attention to detail.

Communication: Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).

Presentation: Candidates must maintain a professional, clean, and immaculate personal appearance in line with high-end hospitality standards.

Qualifications: Relevant culinary certifications/qualifications are preferred.

Salary: SR 2,500 – 5,250 (Subject to experience and evaluation).
