Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of the Greek restaurant and pool lounge, ensuring seamless service.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and schedule a multicultural team to maintain world-class performance standards.

Guest Experience: Act as the face, resolving guest inquiries and ensuring every visit is “guest-obsessed.”

Event Coordination: Collaborate with culinary and entertainment teams to execute themed Greek evenings and lively pool brunches.

Compliance & Quality: Maintain rigorous standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational SOPs.
What We’re Looking For

Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as an Assistant Manager in a high-volume, premium restaurant or lounge.
