Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive, escorting them to their tables and presenting menus.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers and transmit them to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers’ tables.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Offer suggestions and recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Handle payment transactions, process orders through the point-of-sale system, and return change or receipts as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting up tables and arranging utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Assist in preparing the dining area for service, including setting up decorations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate the timing of food orders and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Upsell additional menu items, beverages, and desserts to increase overall sales.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays of food and beverages for extended periods.
