Commis 1

As a Commis 1, you play a fundamental role in the kitchen brigade, supporting the chefs and ensuring that food preparation is carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Here’s an overview of the key responsibilities and duties typically associated with the role of a Commis 1:

  1. Food Preparation:

  2. Cooking:
