As part of the Talent Culture team within Human Resources (HR), your role involves fostering a positive workplace environment, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting organizational development. Here’s an overview of key responsibilities and duties typically associated with this role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
    • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction.
    • Organize events, activities, and programs that promote a positive company culture.
  2. Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
    • Ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company culture and understand the organization’s values and mission.
  3. Learning and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop programs that foster professional growth and development.
    • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions on various topics such as leadership, communication, and teamwork.
  4. Performance Management:
