- Assist guests with coat checks and provide information about the venue, menu, or special promotions.
- Attend to any immediate needs or requests to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Reservation Management:
- Take and manage reservations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient table turnover.
- Communicate with the kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate reservations and special requests.
- Communication Hub:
- Liaise between guests and the restaurant staff to ensure smooth communication.
- Relay special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain Appearance:
- Ensure that the hostess stand and waiting areas are clean, organized, and well-presented.
