We are seeking an attentive and organized Spa Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our luxury spa and wellness center. The successful candidate will ensure seamless front-of-house guest reception, manage therapist appointment schedules, maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols, and lead the team to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Spa Supervisor

• Daily Operations: Supervise daily workflow across treatment rooms, reception, fitness areas, and wet facilities to maintain 5-star service standards.

• Guest Relations: Greet VIP clients, assist guests with treatment selections, handle inquiries, and resolve service issues or complaints promptly.

• Staff Scheduling & Supervision: Coordinate duty rosters, manage daily appointment books, monitor therapist performance, and oversee staff grooming and etiquette.

• Inventory & Retail Sales: Monitor stock levels of spa products, linen, and treatment supplies; drive retail product sales and cross-sell wellness packages.

• Hygiene & Compliance: Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards across all facilities in accordance with Ministry of Health regulations.

• Administrative Support: Assist the Spa Manager with daily reporting, billing reconciliations, revenue tracking, and software updates (e.g., Book4Time, TAC).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Beauty Therapy, Spa Management, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience within a luxury 5-star hotel spa or premium wellness resort.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in spa booking software (e.g., Book4Time, TAC, Opera PMS) and POS systems.

• Languages: Excellent command of English; conversational Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, detail-oriented mindset, and sales-driven attitude.
