We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Spa and Wellness to oversee our luxury spa, wellness, and fitness operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining operational standards, driving financial growth, leading a high-performing team, and creating holistic wellness experiences tailored to local and international high-net-worth guests.

Key Responsibilities: Director of Spa and Wellness

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the long-term vision for the Spa & Wellness department in alignment with the resort’s brand identity and Saudi Vision 2030 tourism standards.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of all wellness facilities, including treatment rooms, wet areas, fitness centers, and retail outlets.

• Financial Performance: Manage annual operating budgets, revenue forecasting, pricing strategies, and profit & loss (P&L) statements to drive profitability.

• Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of wellness professionals, therapists, and administrative staff.

• Guest Experience: Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure top-tier service delivery, high customer retention, and exceptional review scores.

• Compliance & Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Ministry of Health regulations, municipality standards, and safety/hygiene protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Science, Business Administration, or related wellness field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of leadership experience as a Spa Manager or Director within luxury 5-star hotels or premium wellness resorts.

• Location Preference: Experience in the Middle East (GCC/Saudi Arabia) is highly preferred.

• Certifications: Professional certification in Spa Management, Aesthetics, or Holistic Therapies is a plus.

• Skills: Strong financial acumen, fluency in English (Arabic is a major advantage), and proficiency in Spa Management Software (e.g., Book4Time, TAC, Opera).
