We are seeking a courteous, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team at a 3-star hotel in Al-Madinah.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to pilgrims and international guests. You will manage table service, maintain buffet areas, assist with dining hall setup, and ensure strict compliance with hygiene and guest satisfaction standards during peak religious seasons.

Key Responsibilities Waiter Waitress

• Guest Service & Table Setup: Welcome dining guests, escort them to tables, present menus, and answer questions regarding food items and dietary options.

• Order & Buffet Management: Take orders accurately, deliver food and beverages promptly, and assist with replenishment and presentation in the buffet dining area.

• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness across dining tables, service stations, and cutlery in accordance with health and safety regulations.

• Multicultural Hospitality: Provide attentive service to international pilgrims and visitors with cultural sensitivity and clear communication.

• Side-Duties & Opening/Closing: Assist with opening prep, rolling silverware, clearing tables (busser duties), and setting up tables for subsequent meal shifts.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team and Assistant Executive Chef to ensure seamless timing and special guest requests are fulfilled.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Waiter Waitress or Food Server within a restaurant or hotel environment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in hospitality is a plus).

• Certifications: Valid Food Handler Certificate / Medical Clearance.

• Languages: Working knowledge of English (Basic to conversational Arabic or additional languages like Urdu, Bahasa, or French is highly advantageous).

• Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, stamina to stand for long shifts, ability to carry food trays safely, and speed during high-volume periods (Ramadan and Hajj).
