Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries regarding local attractions, premium dining, exclusive events, travel arrangements, and local customs.

• Curate, book, and confirm high-end itineraries, VIP reservations, private transport, tours, and specialized guest requests.

• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the city’s finest restaurants, cultural highlights, nightlife, and hidden gems.

• Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with external vendors, luxury ticket brokers, and premium service providers.

• Anticipate guest needs proactively and resolve complex requests or complaints with grace, discretion, and absolute confidentiality.

• Assist with mail, messages, courier deliveries, and coordinate closely with the Front Desk and Bell Service teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of luxury concierge experience within a 5-star hotel or resort. (Holding or pursuing a Les Clefs d’Or membership is highly advantageous).

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, French) is strongly preferred.

• Deep knowledge of local luxury entertainment, fine dining, and cultural landscapes.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.

• Flawless professional grooming, sophisticated presentation, and a confident, welcoming demeanor.

• Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera) and modern concierge software.
