As the very first point of contact, you will set the tone for an exceptional guest journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet arriving and departing guests with authentic warmth, enthusiasm, and a high level of professionalism.

• Proactively open car and main lobby doors for guests, ensuring a seamless and elegant entrance.

• Coordinate efficiently with the Bell Desk and Valet Parking teams to maintain a smooth traffic flow at the main entrance.

• Provide guests with accurate directions, hotel facility information, and local recommendations.

• Maintain the pristine appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the main entrance and driveway at all times.

• Remain vigilant and report any unusual activities to ensure the safety and security of our guests and premises.

Requirements & Qualifications Door Attendant:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel, resort, or high-end residential property.

• Excellent command of spoken English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, Russian) is a distinct advantage.

• Impeccable personal grooming, elegant posture, and sophisticated presentation.

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and comfortably work in outdoor weather conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
