Job Summary

As a Waiter, you will be the face of our dining room. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing fast, friendly, and highly professional service. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Guest Relations: Welcome and greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.

• Order Management: Present daily specials, answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and accurately take food and beverage orders.

• Service Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring high-quality presentation and adherence to hygiene standards.

• Table Maintenance: Clean, clear, and reset tables efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of guests.

• Payment Processing: Prepare checks, process cash and credit card payments accurately, and thank guests warmly upon departure.

• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

• Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter or Server in a high-volume restaurant, luxury hotel, or upscale lounge.

• Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent verbal communication, and outstanding active listening skills.

• Language: Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a strong plus).

• Attributes: Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a strong team-player mindset.

• Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
