About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our team at the restaurant. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Assist in the daily management of restaurant operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and shift briefings.

Guest Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally to guarantee satisfaction.

Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain excellence in service, grooming, and product knowledge.

Financial Oversight: Support the management in monitoring inventory, minimizing waste, and managing labor costs to maximize profitability.

Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Communication: Act as a bridge between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth workflow during service.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or resort.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire diverse teams.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle stressful situations and resolve operational challenges quickly.

Operational Knowledge: Proficient in POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory management software.
