You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and efficient bar area, and ensuring that every guest receives world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the establishment’s standards.

• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering personalized drink recommendations.

• Maintain a pristine and organized bar workstation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and monitor beverage quality.

• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless operations during high-traffic shifts.

• Adhere to local and international liquor service laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end restaurant, lounge, or hotel environment.

• Strong knowledge of international cocktails, wine, and spirits.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Professional appearance and a positive, “can-do” attitude.

• Relevant hospitality certification or vocational training is a plus.
