MACHINE OPERATOR
The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining industrial machinery to ensure efficient production. You will monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and ensure that all output meets strict quality and safety specifications.

Setup & Calibration: Prepare machines at the beginning of each shift to ensure they are ready for production.

Operation: Monitor the production process and adjust settings (speed, temperature, or pressure) as needed.

Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance to prevent equipment downtime.

Quality Control: Inspect finished parts or products for defects, ensuring they align with technical blueprints.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all factory safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
