As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of spa treatments to clients, promoting relaxation and well-being. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized spa environment.
- Spa Treatments:
- Administering various spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapeutic services.
- Customizing treatments based on clients’ individual needs and preferences.
- Client Interaction:
- Welcoming clients and conducting consultations to understand their specific requirements and any health considerations.
- Providing expert advice on spa services and recommending appropriate treatments.
- Customer Service:
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and personalized services.
- Addressing client concerns or inquiries with a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene:
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary spa environment.
- Adhering to hygiene and safety protocols in all spa activities.
- Product Knowledge:

- Recommending and upselling spa products to clients.
- Appointment Scheduling:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is preferred.
