- Monitor children’s activities and behavior to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations.
- Activity Planning:
- Plan and organize age-appropriate activities and games for children.
- Create a schedule of activities to keep children engaged and entertained.
- Develop and implement educational and recreational programs.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child’s activities, behavior, and any concerns.
- Provide updates on daily activities and special events within the kids’ club.
- Customer Service:
- Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for both children and parents.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by parents in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cleanliness and Organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized kids’ club area.
- Ensure that toys, equipment, and play areas are safe and sanitary.
- Childcare Assistance:
- Assist with basic needs such as diaper changes, feeding, and other care tasks.
- Provide comfort and support to children who may experience separation anxiety.
- Documentation:
- Keep accurate records of attendance, incidents, and any other relevant information.
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as sign-in/sign-out sheets.
- Training and Certification:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in childcare or a related field is often preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification may be required.
