Kids Club Supervisor
The Kids Club Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the kids’ club, ensuring a safe and fun environment for children. This role involves coordinating activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of age-appropriate activities and programs for children.
- Develop and implement schedules for daily activities, ensuring a balance of educational and recreational opportunities.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Kids Club Attendants.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, ensuring a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
- Safety and Security:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all children in the Kids Club.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training for staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Interaction:
- Greet parents and children, providing information about Kids Club activities and programs.
- Address parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Ensure the Kids Club space is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues and work with relevant departments to address them promptly.
- Budget Management:
- Assist in the development and management of the Kids Club budget.
- Monitor expenses related to activities, supplies, and staffing.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and activities.
- Prepare regular reports for management on Kids Club performance and improvements.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the front desk, entertainment, and catering, to coordinate joint activities and events.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Certification in CPR and first aid.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging atmosphere for children.
