About the Role
Are you a strategic executor who thrives on turning complex visions into streamlined reality? The company is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be the heartbeat of our internal operations.
As our COO, you will be the “Integrator” for our “Visionary” CEO. You will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the company, ensuring that every department—from Sales to HR—is firing on all cylinders to hit our scaling targets.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy: Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with short and long-term goals.

Performance Management: Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth; establish and monitor KPIs to ensure accountability.

Process Optimization: Drive efficiency by identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable workflows.

Executive Partnership: Act as the CEO’s right hand, providing data-driven insights to guide pivot-point decisions.

Culture & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and retain a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of excellence and transparency.

Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets, resource allocation, and capital investment strategies.
Who You Are (Requirements)

Proven Experience: 10+ years of executive leadership experience (VP, Director, or COO level), ideally within the [Insert Industry, e.g., FinTech / SaaS / Manufacturing] sector.

The “Scout” Mentality: You possess a deep understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Data-Driven: Proficiency in data analysis and business performance metrics.

Educational Excellence: BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA is highly preferred.
