Role Overview
The Senior Executive Support Specialist provides dedicated, end-to-end technical assistance to C-suite executives, Board members, and high-net-worth individuals. You are the bridge between complex enterprise IT and the seamless, high-performance experience leadership expects.
Core Responsibilities: Senior Executive

White-Glove Technical Support: Provide immediate, concierge-level support for all devices (Mac, PC, iPhone, iPads) and home office setups.

Meeting & Event Readiness: Ensure “zero-fail” execution of high-profile board meetings, town halls, and earnings calls. This includes AV, teleconferencing, and backup connectivity.

Security & Privacy: Implement enhanced security protocols (MFA, VPNs, encrypted messaging) while ensuring they don’t become a friction point for the executive.

Proactive Maintenance: Perform “health checks” on executive hardware and software before travel or major events to prevent issues before they occur.

Vendor & Asset Management: Act as the single point of contact for third-party vendors and manage a dedicated pool of high-end loaner equipment.
Key Requirements & Skills Senior Executive

| Experience | 5+ years in IT, with at least 2 years specifically supporting high-profile users. |
