Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for the hospitality industry? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support our Marketing Managers in executing high-impact campaigns, managing social media communities, and ensuring the resort remains a leader in the F&B and hospitality space.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Executive

Social Media & Content: Manage content curation, design, and community management for all OVH F&B accounts. Execute basic performance marketing and stay ahead of social media trends.

Digital Maintenance: Keep F&B websites updated using WordPress/CMS and implement new technologies to boost digital performance.

Creative Support: Draft copy, manage the media library, and brief internal graphic designers or third-party agencies for marketing collateral.

Brand Alignment: Ensure all advertisements and marketing materials align with the JA brand tonality and spirit.

Strategic Partnerships: Identify new sponsorship opportunities and brand collaborations that fit the overall JA strategy.

Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed with detailed status reports on ongoing marketing activities.
Job Qualifications Marketing Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a marketing role within the hospitality industry or as an Account Executive in an integrated advertising agency.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and basic WordPress/CMS. Deep understanding of social media algorithms.

Education: BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and a “commercially astute” mindset.

Languages: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; a second language is a significant plus.
