Sales Manager
Role Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, coaching, and scaling a high-performing sales team. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by developing strategic sales plans, hitting ambitious targets, and fostering a culture of accountability and professional development. You aren’t just managing a pipeline; you are building the engine that powers our company’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of Account Executives/SDRs. Conduct weekly 1-on-1s and lead team meetings.

Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales territories, quotas, and goals.

Performance Management: Monitor CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel, and provide course corrections.

Sales Coaching: Join live calls and demos to provide real-time feedback and help close high-value deals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing for lead generation and Product for customer feedback loops.

Forecasting: Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
