The Head Waiter plays a key leadership role in the Food & Beverage operations by supervising the service team, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest hospitality standards. Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter to join our restaurant team. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for guest service.

  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage menus, dining etiquette, and service procedures.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain efficiency during busy service periods.

  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage, especially in hospitality-focused regions.
