Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

Job Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Waiter, Senior Waiter, or Head Waiter in a hotel, luxury restaurant, or high-volume dining environment.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a service team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for guest service.

• Strong knowledge of food & beverage menus, dining etiquette, and service procedures.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain efficiency during busy service periods.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage, especially in hospitality-focused regions.

• Experience using POS systems and digital ordering platforms is preferred.
