The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for ensuring that every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. As part of the Food & Beverage (F&B) service team, you will represent the hotel’s values of excellence, professionalism, and hospitality. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Waiter

As a Waiter/Waitress, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Presenting menus, explaining daily specials, and making food and beverage recommendations.

• Taking accurate orders and ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks.

• Setting tables according to hotel standards and ensuring cleanliness throughout service.

• Providing personalized service and anticipating guest needs.

• Handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints politely and efficiently.

• Coordinating with kitchen staff, bartenders, and supervisors to guarantee smooth operations.

• Promoting and upselling menu items, including premium beverages and signature dishes.

• Following hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.

• Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.

✅ Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 5-star hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant.

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).

• A polished, professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.

• Knowledge of international cuisine and beverages.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training is preferred).
