Job Description
Sales Representative
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
