Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Center Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our sports facility in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for promoting physical fitness and well-being within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:
    • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the sports center, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
    • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and manage facility bookings, schedules, and utilization to maximize revenue and resources.
  2. Staff Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sports center staff, including coaches, trainers, and administrative personnel.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and training to staff.
  3. Customer Service:
    • Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that all visitors have a positive and enjoyable experience at the sports center.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Implement programs and initiatives to enhance member retention and attract new customers.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the sports center’s budget, including revenue projections, expenses, and cost controls.
    • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, such as membership promotions, events, and partnerships.
    • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial policies.
  5. Safety and Compliance:
    • Maintain a safe and secure sports center environment by enforcing safety guidelines and protocols.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations and health and safety standards.
    • Collaborate with relevant authorities for inspections and permits as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sports center or sports facility management, including leadership roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using sports management software and technology.
  • A passion for sports and physical fitness.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian sports culture and trends is a plus.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
